Adobe-powered recommendations in Vendor Settings

In this release, we have introduced Adobe-powered product recommendations within the Vendor Information tab in customer company profiles. The recommendations include both generic and renewal-focused suggestions to support proactive upsell and renewal motions without requiring additional workflows or external tools.

Customer impact

The feature enables Resellers, Marketplace Managers, and SSRs (Sales Support Representatives) to effectively drive upsell and cross-sell motions for end customers.

To view Adobe-powered product recommendations

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > HOME | Companies.
    The Companies page opens.

  2. Click the {name} of the company for which you want to set the vendor settings.
    The Company details page opens.

  3. Click on the Vendor Information tab.

  4. Select Adobe as the vendor from the Vendor drop-down.
    Under Sales tools section, you can view recommendations categorized into two types:
    a. Renewal and Lifecycle Offers

    b. Product Discovery


    Feature enablement

    The feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

    Setting enablement

    No setting enablement is required.
